8 alas de pollo
4 cucharadas de mostaza
4 dientes de ajo machacados
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
Aceite -
Sal y pimienta al gusto		 Directions:
Se lavan y se secan bien las alas. Se untan por todos los lados con una mezcla de mostaza, ajo machacado, jugo de limón, aceite, sal y pimienta.
Se dejan reposar una hora con este adobo y, luego se fríen en aceite caliente
