Ingredients:
300 gr. de buen bacalao cortado a láminas finas
50 gr. de huevas de trucha
Un chorrito de vino blanco
Un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra
Eneldo, albahaca, sal y pimienta blanca
Directions:
En un bol batir bien el aceite junto con el vino, la sal y las especias. Distribuir en una fuente de servir las láminas de bacalao y regar por encima con la salsa preparada anteriormente. Repartir por toda la fuente las huevas de trucha.
Guardar en el frigorífico.
10 minutos antes de servir, dejar que se temple un poco fuera de la nevera.
