Ingredients:
• seta (senderilla), 700 gramos
• ajo, 2 dientes
• perejil picado, 1 cucharadas
• aceite de oliva, 6 cucharadas
• guindilla, 1 al gusto
• jamón serrano, 100 gramos
• sal, al gusto
Directions:
Lavar varias veces las setas para quitarles toda la tierra y escurrir bien. Pelar y picar el ajo.
Calentar el aceite en una cazuela y freír el ajo y la guindilla. Cuando el ajo empiece a dorarse agregar el jamón, dar unas vueltas e incorporar las senderillas, el perejil y la sal (teniendo en cuenta la sal del jamón).Tapar y cocer 5-10 minutos. Servir calientes.
