Ingredients:
• ciruela, 30 unidades
• vino de oporto, 1 taza
• bacon ahumado, 15 lonchas		 Directions:
Dejar macerar las ciruelas con la taza de vino el día anterior. Cortar cada loncha de bacon en dos trozos. Enrollar cada ciruela en media loncha de bacon y atravesarlas con un palillo. Asar al horno unos minutos hasta que el bacon esté dorado, dándoles la vuelta una vez. Retirar y servir calientes.
