Ingredients:
8 colas de cigala
8 colas de langostino
15 colas de gamba
1 manzana
2 tazas de mahonesa
el zumo de media naranja
1 cucharada de Ketchup
una pizca de sal		 Directions:
Por un lado se bate la mahonesa, el zumo de naraja, la cucharada de Ketchup y la sal y de esta manera conseguimos obtener la salsa rosa.
Al mismo tiempo se hierven los mariscos y se reservan las colas que van a formar parte del cóctel.
Se mezcla el marisco con la salsa rosa y se sirven en copas especiales de coctel.
La manzana se corta en julianas para adornar el plato final.
Se debe de servir frio.
