Ingredients:
• coquinas, 1/2 kilo		 Directions:
Lavamos las coquinas para quitarles la arena que pudieran tener. En una sartén ponemos el aceite, y picamos los ajitos y el perejil, moreamos y echamos las coquinas y la sal. Volvemos a morear y le añadimos una copa de vino blanco. Movemos hasta que las coquinas se vayan abriendo. Cuando estén todas abiertas, estará listas para comer.
Se puede acompañar este plato con un buen vino Barbadillo.
