Ingredients:
6 peperoni (rossi e verdi)
1 cipolla
1 barattolo di pelati
1 cucchiaio di olio d'oliva
1 pasta sfoglia
Directions:
In une padella, soffriggere la cipolla e aggiungere i peperoni tagliati a rettangoli.
Aggiungere i pelati dopo averli scolati.
Coprire e lasciare cuocere 20 minuti a fuoco lento mecolando di tanto in tanto.
Togliere il coperchio e lasciar cuocere altri venti minuti per fare evaporare tutto il liquido.
Riscaldare il forno (termostato 7)
Stendere la pasta sfoglia in una teglia e condirla con la farcitura.
Fare cuocere 30 minuti (termostato 7).
Servire tiepida o fredda.
