Ingredients:
• mejillón, 1 kilo
• hierbas aromáticas, 1 ramillete
• vino blanco, 1 taza
• perejil picado, 1 cucharada
Directions:
Lavar los mejillones debajo del chorro del agua, raspando bien con un cuchillo para quitar todo resto de suciedad. Cocer el vino blanco en una cacerola con las hierbas aromáticas a fuego suave, durante 5 minutos; colocar los mejillones, tapar la cazuela y cocer unos minutos, hasta que se abran.
Quitarles una concha y colocarlos en una fuente. Espolvorear con el perejil y servir.
