Ingredients:
• pechuga de pollo, 650 gramos
• naranjas, 3 unidades
• maíz cocido, 150 gramos
• zanahoria baby, 150 gramos
• hierbas aromáticas, 1 ramillete
• vino de jerez, 1/2 taza
Directions:
Lavar las pechugas, quitar la piel y cocerlas al vapor junto con las zanahorias, hasta que estén tiernas (en el agua se pondrá un ramillete de hierbas aromáticas). Exprimir el zumo de 2 naranjas y cortar la tercera en gajos. Calentar el zumo con el vino y reducir a la mitad. Servir la pechuga con las zanahorias, gajos, maíz y la salsa.
