Ingredients:
4 pechugas (unos 600 gr) de pollo
300 gr de champiñones
1 vaso de leche entera
100 ml (medio vaso escaso) de whisky
1 diente de ajo
2 cucharadas de aceite
Directions:
Cortar las pechugas en tiras gruesas a lo largo, salpimentarlas y freírlas en una sartén con el aceite.

Retirar el pollo y, en la misma sartén, echar el ajo picado y los champiñones limpios y cortados en láminas. Hacerlos a fuego lento hasta que se haya evaporado el líquido que echan.

Entonces añadir el whisky, la leche y el pollo. Dejar cocer 15 minutos a fuego lento y servir enseguida.
