Ingredients:
• pechugas de pollo, 600 gramos
• naranjas, 2 unidades
• aceite de oliva, 2 cucharadas
• sal, al gusto
• pimienta molida, al gusto
Directions:
Lavar los filetes de pollo y secarlos con papel de cocina. Colocarlos extendidos en una fuente y rocíar con el zumo de las naranjas y pimienta molida. Dejar en este adobo unos minutos.
Calentar en una sartén el aceite, sazonar los filetes y freirlos a fuego vivo. Retirar y mantenerlos calientes. Verter en la sartén el jugo del adobo junto con la ralladura de 1 naranja, dar un hervor, removiendo con una cuchara y verter sobre las pechugas. Servir acompañado de puré de patatas o ensalada al gusto.
