Ingredients:
8 uova
2 grosse patate
Sale, pepe macinato
Olio d'oliva		 Directions:
Pela, lava e taglia a rondelle sottile le patate, poi spruzzale con sale e pepe.
Dentro una padella fai scaldare l'olio.
Versa le patate e falle dorare a fuoco medio per 25/20 minuti.
Dentro ad un'insalatiera, sbatti le uova, salale leggermente e aggiungi le patate.
Mescola e lascia riposare per qualche minuto.
Versa un mestolo della miscela in una pentola leggermente oliata e fai cuocere a fuoco medio per circa cinque minuti.
Gira la tortilla e lasciala cuocere altri tre minuti.
Fai lo stesso con il resto della miscela.
